Out of the Woods Therapy

I am the owner of a group therapy practice that focuses on sex-positive, feminist and trauma informed psychotherapy. Although I am not accepting new clients, I have an awesome team of therapists who are currently available. We have providers who see clients of all ages and who specialize in various therapeutic approaches, but all of them fit in with the values of our team. Our main office is in the historic Homewood building in the Montford neighborhood of Asheville. We also have a farm office in Fairview, NC where animal-assisted therapy is available. We also offer telehealth from anywhere in North Carolina and we have one provider who is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner who can see clients all over the world via telehealth. All of our licensed therapists accept most BCBS, Aetna, Medcost, or Ambetter insurance plans. Some also take United.
